- 5 days work week (Mon-Fri)
- Basic salary starting $2,500
- Supporting Administrative Work in Finance Department
- Meticulous Individual

- Company moving to Tuas by the end of 2022 (Near MRT, 5 mins walk)
- Order processing and generate Daily report
- E-booking for client's loading bay slot
- Attend to enquiries
- Liaising with warehouse, production to monitor the stock level
- Checking of daily delivery status
- Manage the delivery schedules for delivery drivers
- Update customer information to database / customer master
- Invoice submission to portals
- Ensure all the orders are being processed by end of the day
- Min N Level, preferably in Finance/Accounting
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
NITEC / Higher/ Master or equivalent
