Job Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team to prepare quotations, work orders, delivery orders and related documents on ERP platform for customers and manage the accounts.
- Monitor work in process and coordinate closely with production to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Assist in sales marketing efforts, sample kits and sales review
- Provide sales support to customers and feedback.
- Other general admin and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year working experience
Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
Microsoft office skills
Positive attitude, takes initiative and able to work in a dynamic environment
