Job description

We are seeking a Sales And Billing Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Photograph items for online sales and upload to online platform
• Update online sales platforms and app (training will be provided)
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers including marketing emails, flyers, and social media posts
• Assist with social media presence
• Data entry for new customer accounts
• Data entry for inventory and contract production
• Daily billing
• Light filing and other office administrative tasks
• Work with freight carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Compile export documents for overseas customers (training will be provided)

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity or ability to learn light photography, photo editing, and social media
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Organized and dependable
• Some college, associates degree, or college degree (preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and a good general grasp of technology.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am until 5 pm.

Percentage of Travel Required: 5% or less
