PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
Coordinate with purchasing & production departments on schedule arrangements
Weekly re-schedule report to customers
Provide costing to sales person on new projects
Other adhoc tasks as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum a Diploma/ Degree holder in Business/ Business Administration/ Business Management or electronics field
1 - 2 years relevant working experience in electronics is preferred
Basic knowledge in Excel (V-Look Up) will be advantageous
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to handle queries and feedback from Mandarin speaking customers
