Job Scope
- Manage export shipments
- Ensure export shipments are loaded as per instructions
- Ensure export shipments are hand over smoothly at destination
- Prepare standard documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions)
- Work closely with Finance Department on billing matters
- Monitor delivery closely
- Coordinate with customers, sales, production, QC, Service team and suppliers
- Order processing / delivery coordination / Invoice verification
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers & shipments
- Liaise and follow up internally and with forwarders / carriers for shipment
Requirement
- GCE O Level and above
- 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience
