• The anticipated wage range for this position is $22 - $24 / hour
• Full Time. 40 hours/week. Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday 830am-5pm

This position will report to the Director of Sales.
Job Description
Provides Administrative Support to a very busy Sales Department. Assures smooth transition from prospective resident status through the move-in process. Plans and coordinates marketing events (minimum of 2 events/month).
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills.
Great communicator, follows up with residents by phone and in person. Exceptional telephone skills; excellent listening skills.
Attention to detail is very important. Must be highly organized and efficient.
Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Must have experience using CRM software.
Prepares residents agreements, addendums and other legal documents for new residents.
Masters the SRG sales process; must be able & willing to host resident tours, luncheons, etc.
Assists the Director of Sales with preparing reports; daily, weekly, monthly, annually.
