Responsibilities- Understand and be able to explain to customers the range of Jewelley the company has to offer
- Promote the various products, services, and schemes to customers
- Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
- Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed
- Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship and database
- Minimum GCE “N” level
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Cheerful personality and well groomed
- Good spoken English
- Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
- Dynamic, energetic, and passionate to exceed sales targets
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to start work within short notice will be an advantageWorking Days: 6 days a week (Must be able to work on weekends)
