Job description

We are looking for a graphic design and data entry associate with a passion for sales to create engaging and on-brand graphics to promote company products to clients. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and then communicate product information with clients in a sales-oriented manner. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate themes into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs, determine requirements, schedule projects, and define budget constraints
• Market company designs and products to clients
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Upload product design and data to various product platform
• Publish projects on company's social media and content sharing platforms
• Create product spreadsheets based on client requirements
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners

Skills

• Proven graphic designing experience
• Experience with client support
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Proficiency with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator and Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• NOTE: This is not a receptionist position.
