Assist in establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Maintain national sales staff work results through coaching, accountability, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. The candidate for this position will have management and leadership skills in addition to strong communication and presentation skills.
Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration preferred
- Prior MRO channel experience preferred
- Two to three years of experience as a sales manager
- Three to five years of sales experience
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
- 35%-50% travel required
- Ability to identify and penetrate new growth opportunities
- Ability to gather client information and analyze industry-specific data
