Schauer Power Center is a leader in the powersports industry, representing the top brands in the industry for over 55 years. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead all sales and marketing efforts in the off road and snowmobile markets including Polaris, Slingshot, CF Moto, Triton, and Neo trailers at our dealership in Union Grove, WI.
With the highest level of customer service as your foundation, the Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving maximum profitability while focusing on customer retention and building long term relationships. Candidates must have a proven track record in meeting sales goals and objectives, ideally in the powersports industry. You must embody our mission to deliver an outstanding buying experience to our extensive repeat customer base as well as achieve growth through new clients.

Job Duties Include:
- Manage all aspects of the sales process to meet our high expectations of profitability and growth.
- Represent our dealership and brands with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
- Provide a welcoming environment to all customers.
- Market our products through various channels including web and social media accounts.
- Create short and long term action plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Drive additional revenue through ancillary product offerings such as accessories, financing, and extended warranties.
- Track all potential clients using our CRM system.
- Manage new and used unit inventory to ensure the proper mix of our product offering.
- Oversee marketing and merchandising of both new and used units.
- Work directly with the owner to make recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, and growth opportunities.
- Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years sales management experience
- Powersports / Boat / Vehicle sales experience preferred.
- Relevant product and industry knowledge.
- Experience in managing all aspects of the sales process.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Great multi-tasking skills with the ability to schedule and manage multiple event and work schedules.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of comparable DMS software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Consistent and stable work history.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to analyze sales trends and market data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
