Position Summary:
The Sales Order Processing Administrator will be responsible for processing sales orders and issuing invoices with a high degree of accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review new purchase agreements to verify completeness and compliance with policy.
- Process Sales Order in ERP and CRM system.
- Reconciling ERP and CRM system on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and post sales related expenses.
- Process credit card payment requests (occasionally on weekends).
- Keep track and follow up on special agreements.
- Assist in preparing monthly analysis to management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year work experience with accounting related functions.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
- Experience with ERP and SalesForce.com system preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lake Forest, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
