The Sales Strategy & Operations Director will be responsible for working directly with the Sales Team by serving as a strategic advisor, developing sales proposals and presentations, performing market research on prospective clients, and analyzing market trends and competitors. This is a hands on, individual contributor role.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Support the Sales Organization in developing strategic approach and deliverables (e.g., presentations, proposals) for prospective clients
- Support the strategic pricing and deal team for new opportunities
- Conduct market research on relevant healthcare trends and competitors in order to develop strategic insights
- Assess new markets and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain sales collateral working closely with marketing to execute in line with brand guidelines and product specific messaging (e.g., letters, proposals, presentations, etc.)
- Build solid and collaborative relationships with team members and foster a productive teamwork environment
- Directly collaborate with multiple team within CareCentrix (finance, legal, medical economics, provider management, etc.) teams to ensure successful pitch and proposal development and execution
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned which includes, but is not limited to, Client presentations (JOCs) and RFPs
You should reach out if you have:
- Bachelors Degree and 4-6 years of prior work experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar role
- 1-2 years of related experience in working in the health insurance industry preferred
- Prior experience with managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience driving results and have the ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong analytical skills, including development of business cases, ROI models and other financial models
- Attention to detail regarding the quality of output
- Required technical skillset(s): Excel and PowerPoint
