This is one of the top agencies in the state of Florida that specializes in Construction Risks. This position is a new opening. They are looking for a person that can help lead an office and especially help drive sales. You must have at least 10 years of surety experience. They prefer a person from the agency side, but if the person has a strong technical knowledge of surety bonds from the company side and you are very sales focused and patient with training then this one could be for you. You will act as a technical resource within the office. Show new producers the ropes. Go out on closing calls with them to help them close deals. Manage a small group of your own clients and do some limited production.
