Eaton’s VEH EMB eMobility division is currently seeking a SCM-Operations Finance Manager.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $116250.03 - $170500.04 a year.

What you’ll do:
- Provide guidance and support in the consolidation, reporting and analysis of monthly results and forecasts for respective SCM / Operations functions (SCM, CI, Logistics, Capex, High 5, Materials, etc.) including appropriate commentary to the Division, Group, Sector and Corporate leadership teams. Highlight areas of concern and recommend improvement actions. Ensure regional and functional alignment between PnL and associated memo rows.
- Drive financial performance and act as a strategic business partner for each functional (SCM, CI, inventory, flex productivity, etc.)
- Coordinate and consolidate monthly sector operating review presentations in conjunction with functional leads
- Manage global High 5 reporting with India COE team. Provide deep dives where needed to the regional leads to drive improvements and highlight focus areas regarding CONC, Flex and DOH.
- Directly support SLT monthly reporting and reviews by providing and analyzing financials for SCM, materials, logistics and High 5.
- Manage the profit plan process for SCM/Ops functions by coordinating multiple rounds of reviews with regions and functional leads. Ensure full PnL and memo row alignment.
- Partner with SCM VP and extended supply chain team to drive cost out and inflation targets and carefully manage risks and opportunities.
- Incorporate existing VG processes into eMobility and Royal Power in regards to financial management across the functions.
- Drive CI initiatives and process improvements within the functions and across the regions in regards to functional finance activities
- Lead and ensure a strong culture of financial controls and compliance "
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in accounting and financial planning and analysis.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of manufacturing accounting & finance principles and concepts in preferably industrial manufacturing environments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, CPA, and/or CMA preferred.
- Strong understanding of standard financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and working knowledge and application of accounting principles and practices
- Demonstrates professional presence, communicates articulately and confidently.
- Previous Supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of standard costing.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial and operational analyses/reports.
- Effectively challenges the status quo and champions new and innovative ideas.
- Acts as a strategic business partner and provides broad thought leadership.
- Ability to Effectively work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Working knowledge of financial and ERP systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word software.
Skills:
- Ability to travel ~ 25% as required by business. "
