We are seeking an experienced Secretary to support our federal customer on-site in Folsom, CA.
Position Summary:
The Secretary will fulfill various general administrative duties, as well as some specialized support duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging travel, manage timekeeping, calendars.
- Coordinate resource management and scheduling.
- Perform document duplication and processing, as well as form maintenance.
- Maintain and distribute staff work schedules.
- Provide meeting support and coordination.
- Conduct mail processing and distribution and update intranet sites.
- Provide multi-line phone coverage and office assistance to federal personnel.
- Compile labor report data.
- Provide administrative support for site PPE program.
- Assist with tracking and reporting tool utilization data.
- Manage tracking of controlled keys and FOBs and coordinating with Security.
- Assist with conducting audits and reporting results.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly proficient with MS Office suite and standard office equipment.
- Must possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
