This position includes part remote work as well as potential travel and on ground recruitment. We are currently looking for candidates based out of the West coast in either Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.

Ideal candidate for this position will have experience recruiting or hiring in the Security Industry.

A Talent Acquisition Specialist recruits Security Officers and other field level security roles; places announcements for openings; works with agencies and other sources of personnel to secure candidates; and follows up on leads. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be required to source, post requisitions, interview candidates and create profiles on hiring needs for locations in different markets and assist with recruitment deficits throughout the US.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of designing and implementing full recruiting life-cycle strategies to attract and hire professionals.
• Experience in developing creative recruitment solutions utilizing online job boards, job fairs, advertising, college recruitment, social media, career networks and referral programs.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of Recruitment or HR experience, preferably in high volume
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or other uniformed service experience is preferred
• Strong time management skills and ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
• This position may require travel nationwide.

Education/Experience: Associates Degree, 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
