Senior Administrative Partner
Job description
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain highly confidential and specialized information utilizing an in-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations
Perform administrative duties to include phone coverage, meeting coordination (including catering, teleconferences, and video conferences), report preparation, presentations, composing correspondence for signature, expense reports, etc.
Maintain HR Ticketing System (managed by Canadian HR team)
Create Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in accordance with Purchasing policy and review and process invoices.
Acquire, maintain, and report for all government co-ops: GSA, TXMAS, NCPA, TCPN, Choice Partners, BuyBoard
Manage vendor accounts, email accounts, calendars
Data Mining of government bids /proposals
Conduct audits to ensure all recruitment and sourcing strategies meet federal and state regulatory requirements.
Verify employment qualifications, including background checks and drug screens; Prepare offer letter and launch/monitor pre-hire paperwork
Responsible for a Portfolio that may include leading and reviewing results of large scope and/or projects, assignments and big picture strategic problem solving. May include projects e.g. Onboarding, HR policies & procedures, compensations
Leverages existing reports (financial, sales, salary) to gather, organize data, conduct basic analysis, and develop conclusions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to communicate with a diverse population in a consistently informative, respectful, and professional manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
