Job Summary:

Broadcast Management Group (BMG) has an opening for a Senior Broadcast Production Engineer position to support our Systems Integration and Production divisions, who will be based at our Las Vegas, Nevada office. This position will report to BMG?s Senior Vice President of Engineering. The Senior Broadcast Production Engineer will be responsible for assisting in designing systems, maintaining, and troubleshooting broadcast equipment, assisting with integration projects, and supporting our live production division with productions nationwide. We are looking for a well-rounded Broadcast Engineer who can assist in the creation of engineering signal flow synoptic diagrams and rack elevations. A complete understanding of broadcast and IT network technology is essential. The candidate will also be able to serve as an EIC, technical manager, technical director, director, playback, editor, and other engineering and production tasks as needed on productions, with REMI, FlyPacks, and OB trucks. Working independently at a high level is a requirement. This position will assist the SVP of Engineering with integration projects such as planned system upgrades, new facility design, equipment maintenance, and consult on future technical expansion for internal and external clients. This position will also support production staff as needed in studio and or remote productions.
