Senior Construction (PE) Project Manager

St. Charles, MO | $110,000 - $130,000 DOE

Job Summary:

REC is seeking an experienced Senior Construction (PE) Project Manager in Saint Charles, MO to oversee large-scale construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, developing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and construction of large-scale construction projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Develop project schedules and budgets and ensure that these are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors, and ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, construction managers, and other support staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure project success.

• Coordinate project communication and documentation, including preparing reports, memos, and presentations, and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and future business opportunities.

• Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.

• Participate in the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices related to project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant applications.
