What You Will Be Doing
This position involves the entitlement, design, and construction of warehouse and other industrial facilities, speculative and build to suit along with TI.
- Oversee contractors and consultants to ensure projects are complete
- Hire and manage design professionals
- Lead project entitlement process from acquisition to permits
- Lead project closeout
- Conceptual and pre-construction estimating
- Create and manage bids on projects up to $50M in size
- Assist in the development of site plans
- Create and monitor schedule to track project process
What You Need for this Position
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- PM experience with a General Contractor preferred but not required
- Experience on industrial and/or warehouse facilities highly preferred
