What the role is
The Corporate Services section of the Corporate & Finance Division consists of three teams: Asset Management, Administrative Services and Policies. The Administrative Services team is responsible for the following: - povision of corporate services - general office administration - management of office equpment - provision of shared Personal Assistant services to HTX Directors. Job Purpose The job-holder assists Head, Administrative Services with the provision of corporate services to HTX staff.
What you will be working on
Responsibilities The job-holder’s responsibiliites include the following: • assist with office administration matters • manage HTX’s corporate credit cards • manage HTX’s corporate taxi/private hire vehicle accounts • procure shuttle bus services for HTX HQ (including contract management) • manage office stationery and pantry supplies • manage first-aid supplies in HTX HQ • manage office equipment • manage vending machines and beverages machines in HTX HQ • manage room-booking panels • manage Microsoft Teams/Zoom accounts • manage administrative matters regarding overseas travel • work with project team(s) to implement new processes/systems.

Job requirements The job-holder should • have a diploma or equivalent qualifications • have a keen interest in and be knowledgeable about IT tools that can improve work processes • have a positive work attitude • possess excellent writing and communication skills • have experience doing administrative work • be a responsible officer who is organized, very meticulous, self-motivated and has initiative • be able to work well with people at all levels • be able to work well within a team as well as independently, when required • be able to work within tight deadlines, when required.
