Senior/ Executive, Business Office (Patient Services)
Job description
You will assist the Business Office Manager in studying, planning, organizing, establishing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures and internal controls for all bills follow up and financial counselling activities. You will help to supervisor the team, follow up on bill settlement, provide financial advice to patients on estimated bill sizes for hospital stay and handle patients’ enquiries.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline. Accounting knowledge and experience in healthcare will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in SAP/ Maxcare /OAS will be an advantage
- Team player with good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
