Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
This Is How You Could Make an Impact:
- Perform monthly closing activities including journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations related to accruals for US and Canada
- Provide monthly comments of financial performance versus estimate
- Prepare and present the monthly financial package to sales and management team
- Provide financial analysis of Selling & Admin expenses, investigate actual charges, and conduct variance analysis versus estimate
- Assist controller in the calculation of 8Q Averages for dealer performance bonus
- Key contact between sales & marketing and BI team for data accuracy and reporting
- Work with product managers to ensure timely collection of supplier program fees
- Prepare monthly extended profitability analysis(XPA)
- Provide monthly reports supporting Reman growth initiative
- Maintain dealer updates in Dealer Data Maintenance (DDM) and region/district assignments in Region District Maintenance (RDM)
- Coordinate reporting/process improvement projects as need arises
- Perform all other duties assigned
To be the perfect match for this role, your critical competencies will include:
- Proficient in data analysis
- Proficient in SAP Financial System.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Able to provide accurate information
Who are you?
- You will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required. You will have at least 5 years’ experience in accounting, data/financial analysis and proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and Essbase
Preferred:
- 3-5 years’ experience in accounting, data/financial analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and Essbase
