As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for managing brand standards (for multiple in-house brands) and making the complex simple by turning paragraphs of words into stunning/compelling/informative visuals that work with critical statements (aka headlines). In addition, this person must be able to "hold their own" using their experience and knowledge to ensure the best solution/initiative is agreed upon while producing an end product that drives engagement with our target audience.

We are looking for a well-organized, methodic, and capable of keeping multiple projects ongoing at the same time... while running at almost a full sprint (the CEO and President may not look like Olympic sprinters, but they drink rocket fuel and are nimble where it counts).

  • Authentic marketing experience is preferred (not just working in marketing, but thinking like a marketer).
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
  • Attention to visual details for both printed and web use
  • WordPress Experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
  • HubSpot knowledge is a plus
