POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and Employee Relations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Recruitment
Responsible for the planning and execution of recruiting strategy for the company. . Reviews resumes, screens and refers qualified candidates to the hiring managers. Recommends potential placements. Makes all job offers to candidates.
Compensation and Benefits
Works with Senior Management to ensure that compensation practices are administered equitably. Reviews and administers all company benefit plans for all employees. Works with managers and supervisors to clarify benefit questions and administer according to policy.
Training and Development
Works with Senior Management as well as managers and supervisors to identify and plan training in areas needed. Will deliver Human Resources and related training programs as identified by the organization.
Employee Relations
Works with managers and supervisors to provide guidance, policy interpretation and recommendations on a variety of complex issues regarding employment.
Works with Senior Management to plan and organize Human Resources process flows and work procedures to ensure that departmental responsibilities are efficient and compliant.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience/Technical Requirements
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resources work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both employees and managers.
Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees.
Four or more years of Human Resources experience at the Generalist or Manager level.
Bachelors Degree in Management or related field or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office product suite.
