Summary: The Senior Manager of Systems & Operations is responsible for overseeing the optimization and support of systems and processes at FMT to enable team members to reach their highest levels of productivity. This includes responsibility for internal IT systems and infrastructure, analytics, and reporting, as well as overseeing internal IT support team members. Additionally, the Senior Manager of Systems & Operations is responsible for managing and ensuring the update of the FMT Works methodology across all teams and processes. The Senior Manager of Systems & Operations reports to the CEO, and will assist with other key organizational projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Combines the businesses’ requirements with industry research and best practices to identify current and future technology trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Ensures organization is safe and secure, and develops and administers security and data archive policies.
- Partners with other teams in the organization, and vendors outside the organizations to escalate support and maintenance as needed.
- Manages up to two internal resources to support both IT infrastructure including a core Microsoft M365 platform as well as internal systems. Internal systems include Salesforce, Tenrox PSA, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics GP, Power BI, and other peripheral systems. Implements, upgrades, and replaces systems as needed.
- Manages the software spend for the organization, reviewing and optimizing software agreements and licensing spend.
- Manages the updates, and expansion of the FMT Works methodology across all teams and processes.
• Manages Zendesk queues for Internal IT and FMT Works suggested changes. • Ensures efficient onboarding and offboarding of team members as part of the IT process.
- Identifies best practice techniques for gathering, storing, extracting, calculating, and presenting information/KPIs to enhance decision making.
- Maintains data quality, integrity, and cleanliness, and performs data maintenance including deduplication and normalization.
- Review and recommends changes to internal processes and systems to promote team member productivity.
- Participates in key organizational projects as needed, including mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of business systems, and infrastructure experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with process management and optimizations.
- At least 3 years of experience with Professional Services.
- At least 2 years of experience managing and leading individual team members.
- Experience with FMT core operating platforms including Salesforce and Microsoft 365 required.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred.
