HybridOverall responsibility for the performance of the Supply Chain team supporting our Lavatory, Water Solutions, and Cabin Integration programs. You will have site responsibility for the Everett, WA location, as well as oversite of Winnipeg, Canada, Savannah, GA, and the Philippines locations. You will have responsibility for all aspects of the supply chain lifecycle starting with bid preparation, through the NPI/NPD process, transitioning to sustaining operations with established programs.
This is a hybrid position located in Everett, WA. The expectation is to work onsite 3-4 days per week. However, the frequency of onsite presence may fluctuate depending on the needs of the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing short, medium and long term Supply Chain strategies to achieve its business objectives for both sustaining and Development Programs.
- Fully accountable for the OTD of supplied parts to enable our Production line and ensure Customer OTD is met via preferred shipping method.
- Working with Engineering leadership regularly to ensure development programs take into account preferred suppliers and ensure optimum value engineering is implemented prior to released design.
- Be accountable for SCPM and Work Transfer functions at relevant locations.
- Participate in the development of the process and system changes necessary to enhance Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement.
- Support and engage with Collins Management Systems (CMS); provide leadership and coaching to support all aspects of the CMS IPT’s to meet business objectives.
- Manage projects (budgeting, staffing, risk assessment and mitigation) to ensure complete customer satisfaction and project profitability.
- Ensure internal controls are in place and compliance to Collins Aerospace policies
- Prioritize resource allocation and team support towards achievement of annual objectives whilst meeting budgetary requirements.
- Create and maintain networks externally and internally, such as the Suppliers, Operations, Engineering, Program and Quality to ensure alignment and support for the team.
- Responsible for delivering the agreed commodity and global procurement strategy that drives year on year savings
- Developing supply chain capabilities, processes and organization to achieve savings and improvements in quality, competitiveness and service levels through the local supply chain strategies, sourcing activities and realization of global synergies
- Contributing to delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensuring the development of the Supply Chain talent through talent reviews and succession planning
- Responsible for the BOM costs for all products
- Implementation and maintenance of MTAs and PAs to secure long term profitability of the products
- Any other reasonable duties as required
Level of Work:
- Part of the senior management team for the Cabin Monuments and Integration Business.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure design for cost, manufacturability, and ability to effectively source new parts.
- Line management accountability across the purchasing teams with tactical, strategic, and analyst responsibilities
- Requires job specific proficiency and good working knowledge of standard practices, procedures and protocols
- Interprets and applies data analysis, procedures and policies
- Develops higher-level knowledge and skills required to independently resolve complex issues and perform most sophisticated assignments
- Interfaces with Corporate Teams, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, Operations and Finance internally
- Externally liaises with suppliers, and some interface with customers and competitors
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role.
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering Related Subject preferred
- CIPIM or equivalent
- Experience supporting business development teams with New Program Bid activity and cost analysis
- Experience in supporting NPI/NPD
- Experience of working in Aerospace would be ideal
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and multi-site leadership
- Previous experience of designing and implementing supply chain strategies
- Experience in a technical background would be beneficial either via technical studies or workforce experience.

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 236,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
