About the job
Ecommerce's Governance and Experience team is responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for product managers who are passionate about building a healthy ecosystem by enforcing platform rules, detecting risks, assessing core metrics and designing evaluation mechanism to solve complex ecosystem problems.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Own product vision and roadmap to provide features critical to incentive and enforcement programs such as strike system, guarantee payment, score system etc, as well as build platform to support rule engine, risk detection logics and deployment of machine learning models;
2. Able to define and design systematic product solutions to solve ambiguous problems in a fast-paced and multi team-based environment;
3. Design management flow of digital rights and automate repetitive tasks to improve and reduce complexity of manual standard operating procedures;
4. Define user stories and support internal team requirements (integrity, legal, different product teams) to improve the efficiency of governance initiatives;
5. Drive cross-regional collaboration and cross-functional collaboration by working closely with legal, operation, designer, algorithm engineers, back-end engineers and parallel product teams.
Qualifications
1. At least 3 years of product management experience in fraud detection, identity management, rule engine, and/or payments;
2. MBA and/or Master’s degree in mathematics, engineering, or computer science preferred;
3. Knowledge of technical solutions used in e-commerce space and familiarity with system architecture, API’s and data science;
4. Understanding of distributed systems architectures, with a demonstrated ability to develop deep domain knowledge across front-end and back end applications, and customer interfaces;
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
