How You'll Make An Impact:

The Senior Product Manager for Bushel will be an early member of a rapidly growing product management team with the opportunity to significantly impact the Bushel product and Bushel as a whole. You will work with engineering and design teams to ship products that make running a grain merchandising operation and the farm proficient and more profitable. The scope of the role is broad: you will be expected to interact with our customers and internal stakeholders to develop our product roadmap and strategy for your products.

In This Role, You'll Get To:

Lead strategy and roadmap for your product domain

Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product

Contribute to overall company and product strategy through collaboration with internal stakeholders

Deeply understand customer needs through primary and secondary research (will require on-farm / customer visits and industry conference attendance)

Closely collaborate with engineering, product research, product design, marketing, InfoSec, and legal to define and ship valuable, quality products.

Be a champion for your teams and their efforts.

Work across groups to drive OKRs, measure them for success, and deliver

Lead in the discovery, planning, development, and go-to-market strategies

Drive value for our customers. With the backing of the vision, we make day-to-day, and week-to-week decisions on providing value to our customers.

Drive value for our organization. With a customer-first mindset, we make valuable product decisions for our customers and our organizational financial goals.

What Bushel Is Looking For:

*
7+ years of experience in SaaS software product management, financial technologies preferred

*
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web, and native applications preferred

*
Demonstrated ability to distill complex problems and find simple solutions

*
Commands ownership of the product with a balance of roadmap vision, resource capabilities, and product revenue responsibilities.

*
Data-driven, decision-minded, harmonized with the fast pace startup culture.

*
Financial industry regulatory domain experience in NACHA, ACH, RTP, PCI, OFAQ, Anti Money Laundering, KYB, KYC, Reg E, Reg Z, Bank Secrecy Act, and MSB is a plus.

*
Experience in debit and credit card programs, banking, funds transfers, financial lending, underwriting, and risk management preferred

*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

*
Self-guided and independent

*
Mentor to other Product Managers

*
Evidence of cross-team collaboration and dependency coordination

*
Quick to gain trust with others and lead conversations to break down complex concepts

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
