We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Data Analytics Associate to join our Markets Analytics team. This role is location at 240 Greenwich St, NY, NY

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• The candidate will:
• sit on the trading floor at 240 Greenwich Street in lower Manhattan, frequently interacting with front office staff and business partners
• deliver on a wide range of data analytics and management reporting responsibilities for the FX, Fixed Income, and Equities businesses
• work closely with our internal stakeholders in sales, trading, COO, business product teams, technology and other support groups to define requirements and provide analytics, data SME, and reporting to allow the business operate and grow
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Masters in a quantitative and/or technical field (finance, data science, business information systems, physical sciences or mathematics/statistics)
• 3 - 5 years of experience in financial services or fintech
• experience analyzing large and complex data sets (e.g., statistical analysis, client behavior, etc.)
• knowledge of data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment
• the ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualizations within intuitive dashboard reports
• the ability to maintain significant attention to detail while managing high priority workflows
• basic knowledge of markets products and processes, ideally spanning multiple asset classes
