Your role at Clorox:
The Senior Technical Lead, System Optimization will act as a PM/SME focusing on delivering an industry best practice version of plant maintenance in SAP S4/Hana and lead transitioning our existing plants through Project Vista. As part of the Vista Manufacturing Execution Team, the Lead will work within and across functions to deliver a cohesive end-to-end, best technical practices and process solution meeting existing business requirements while building a flexible dynamic maintenance platform for the future. While the main focus of this position is delivering the Vista S4 PM Solution, the Lead may be required to provide PM support outside of the project or work in other process areas.
In this role, you will:
  • Work with your Scrum Team to identify functional requirements, improvement opportunities, and apply the latest S4 functionality to build a solution that meets current requirements, addresses opportunities, and provides a best practice platform for future, continuous improvements.
  • Identify, gather, evaluate, enhance, load, and validate Plant Maintenance related data.
  • Identify all vital transaction codes, Fiori Apps, Reports, business roles, and control points. Facilitate role building, testing and business role mapping to end users.
  • Develop a comprehensive list of test scenarios, review unit and interface test results, provide direct testing support, facilitate user acceptance testing, and work with technical team to address issues.
  • Ensure the training and organizational change teams develop and deliver a robust and comprehensive plan covering staffing, communication, and training of impacted users, managers and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Jira to plan our work and track our progress against identified deliverables including: Reports, Interfaces, Conversations, Enhancements, Forms and Work Tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the business, within IT and with our technology partners / vendors.
  • Support the team as a change agent across stakeholder group by functioning within the defined operating model and providing the required deliverables. Ensure communications both formal and informal are clear and aligned with supported functions and related stakeholders.
What we look for:
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Implementation, Usage, and Support
  • Experience Migrating from non-SAP Maintenance Systems to SAP Plant Maintenance.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2 years of project management (process and clarification, leading stakeholders, handling deliverables)
Preferred Skills and Abilities
  • Experience with S4 Hana and Practical application ability with Microsoft office, JIRA, and ProMapp.
  • Knowledge of project management and scaled Agile methodologies, sophisticated capacity plans, and procurement systems and best practices including PMO concepts, practices and procedures
  • Solid understanding of large-scale, organizational change management principles and methodologies, and their application.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have a very solid understanding of process workflows and be highly effective in facilitating process improvement efforts.
  • Very strong at optimally prioritizing and driving tasks, even while under pressure.
  • Leverages functional/technical expertise to get results.
  • Experience leading in an outsourced environment both onshore and offshore
  • Experience working in IT and CPG industry.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $101,100 - $194,200
–Zone B: $92,700 - $178,000
–Zone C: $84,300 - $161,800
