Part Time Server position available at our BLUE ASH Location!

Catch-a-Fire Pizza is now hiring servers for our Blue Ash location. Our Blue Ash restaurant combines an elevated menu and a high level of service with a casual, fun vibe. The menu offers a variety of wood-fired items including appetizers, pizzas and entrée features, focusing on Italian-American flavors, along with an array of salads and desserts.

The Server position is a full time, hourly position. Part time hours are also available. This position will require working evenings and weekends. Hourly pay is commensurate with experience.

Serving Experience

Responsibilities:

• Serving guests and meeting their needs to ensure an outstanding dining experience
• Seating customers, taking orders, preparing and taking payments with speed and accuracy
• Providing guests with any items needed
• Communicating orders with the kitchen and working as a team with our BOH and FOH staff
• Answering customers’ questions about the menu and providing outstanding customer service
• Completing opening and closing duties to allow for a successful service (setting tables, restocking, etc.)
• Clearing and cleaning tables and preparing dining areas for service
• Keeping sections clean and organized and stocking all supplies and service areas throughout service
• Following company policies & procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be extremely knowledgeable about all menu items including food and beverage, features, special dietary needs and allergy information
• Must be able to thrive and excel under pressure and consistently uphold very high standards
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and demonstrate teamwork
