At Beuchert's Saloon we're a small team that hustles and grinds together. We have really cool regulars and 10 years worth of adorable memories made underneath Mike and Ike's (the bison above the bar) watchful eyes.

Beuchert’s Saloon is Capitol Hill’s primary place for friends and family to gather for an enjoyable farm-to-table dinner, a top notch cocktail, or a unique glass of wine. The Beuchert's experience comes from our approachable and informed service that creates an environment that keeps our guests feeling cozy and welcomed.

What we expect of our team:

· Provide excellent hospitality and service to every guest

· Demonstrate knowledge of our food and beverage menus

· Utilize steps of service to work efficiently and effectively

· Express desire to continue learning within our program

· Ensure items are stocked, organized and prepared for service

· Communicate and work effectively as a team player with other staff members

· Great interpersonal skills

· Possess strong worth ethic with attention to detail

· Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Open availability
