DARCARS Infiniti of Greenwich is now seeking a Service Advisor Trainee

This is an entry level position; no experience is required. We will provide you with the basic training and support to help you do the best job possible; while also guiding you through the steps of becoming a certified Assistant Service Advisor.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm and reschedule service appointments
• Answer incoming service calls and set appointments
• Contact vehicle owners whose vehicles have open warranty recalls/campaigns
• Contact vehicle owners to schedule future maintenance services
• Make customer satisfaction calls after service appointments or the purchase of a car

Qualifications:

• Some car knowledge is helpful, but not required
• Eager to learn and move up within an organization
• People person with excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are also imperative in this position
• Must have great customer service, phone and computer skills
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background)
