1doc Medical Centre Bedok is an upcoming East-Meets-West concept located in the heartlands at Heartbeat@Bedok, featuring a Western Clinic, TCM Clinic, and Cafe.
We are searching for friendly and efficient service crew and barista to join our cafe. You will be providing food and beverage services to our customers, including other duties such as general housekeeping and cleaning.
Responsibilities:
- Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations
- Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests
- Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
- Drinks/Food ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guests
- In-charge one of outlet station and lead a sub team for operation, arrange staff break time, handle minor issue before handover to superiors
- Orientation and buddy system for new join staff
- Full-timer side tasks such as staging and furniture movement for normal Ops and events, poster update etc.
- Outlet closing and cleaning
- Update guests with current and upcoming promotions
- Attending to guests’ needs promptly
Requirements:
- Preferably have a basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Service-oriented and team player
- Pro-active, friendly and warm personality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
