How you can make a difference
The Service Delivery Manager I (SDM I) is the primary point of contact for assigned employer accounts. The SDM I manages inquiries regarding the administration of COBRA related products. They are responsible for building trust and rapport with our valued employers. They support day-to-day operational functions. Their goal is to help employers understand Cobra products offered to their employees. Additionally, the SDM I will improve employer loyalty through flawless execution. This role engages employers from onboarding through ongoing service management.

- Manage and coordinate new employer onboarding
- Primary contact for all issues and opportunities related to the employer
- Represent HealthEquity’s products and services to achieve company goals
- Solve complex problems and provide coaching to our employers on the effective use of HealthEquity’s systems
- Identify opportunities to drive employer adoption of our product suite
- Do whatever it takes to ensure each employer interaction is a positive and enjoyable experience
- Build employer loyalty by seeing issues through to resolution and providing accurate, thorough, and timely responses
- Review and analyze data (reports and files)
- Represent employer needs with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate open enrollment support as needed
- Manage and contribute to employer documentation
- Review and coordinate employer communications
- Support internal projects as assigned
- Other responsibilities as assigned
What you will need to be successful
- A bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience is preferred
- Previous experience working in the industry (banking and benefits) is an asset
- Computer literacy required: Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Webinar tools
- Ability to maintain customer accounts through exceptional service
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and to influence others
- Demonstrate effective meeting management and presentation skills
- Ability to identify and solve employer needs
- Demonstrate appropriate judgment when utilizing internal business resources to solve employer needs
- Team player, willing to support others’ needs
- Well organized and able to handle various responsibilities
- Self-motivated, seeks out solutions and answers
- Adept at developing and maintaining relationships
- Strong customer service focus, work ethic, and attention to detail in both quality and accuracy
- Ability to meet and execute on SLAs
- Stay up to date on product and industry knowledge
