Triple H Rvs is the fastest growing independent RV dealer in the Southeast United States.

We currently have 3 locations and plan on adding more.

We are the #3 overall dealer in the state of Alabama and plan on aggressive growth over the next 5 years. Our roots came from the mobile home industry and we have been in the recreational RV business for 10 years posting growth every year along the way.

We are seeking a well qualified individual to fill an immediate need for a Service/Parts Director for our Haleyville, AL. Location.

Job duties will be the overall management of our service and parts department. Current working knowledge of how the warranty process works with our manufacturers is a huge positive. We currently work with Forest River, Keystone and Gulf Stream.

The management of fixed costs, parts profitability and labor. Recruitment of new employees as well as setting up employee processes and accountability to those processes.

This individual also needs to be familiar with the process of working with our customers on their insurance claims.

We are looking for someone with strong organization and communication skills. Following up with customers throughout the process so they are aware of what steps we are taking to resolve their issues.

Handling customer complaints and issues in a manner that protects the dealership and insures customer satisfaction.

Relevant work experience in another industry will not be ignored but we are specifically looking to recruit and hire someone familiar with the RV industry processes.
