Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide world-class plumbing services to residential and commercial customers.

Work well in a team environment.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous service plumbing experience required (1 years minimum).

General knowledge of construction tasks, tools, and procedures.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Hard-working, positive attitude, self-starter.

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Valid California driver’s license.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• The physical activities listed below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
• Ride or drive in a vehicle for 2 or more hours at a time.
• May be exposed to varying temperatures including very hot (above 90 degrees F) or cold (below 40 degrees F) and all weather conditions.
• May be exposed to cramped workspaces, contaminants, extremely bright or inadequate lighting conditions, and exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable.
• Frequent use of hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and stand frequently throughout the day.
• Must be able to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
• May occasionally be exposed to hazardous conditions, high places, and /or hazardous equipment.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: snakes and plumbing tools.

Compensation: $40,000 to $150,000 per year
