Part-Time Positions Available!

• Minimum 20 hours a week

• $7 to $10 per hour depending on experience and availability

Full-Time: 44 hours a week

Job Requirements:

• Training/Working Location – Lavender/Island-wide
• With or without F&B experience, training will be provided.1500
• Positive, friendly, professional and confident with a pleasant disposition
• Someone who can roll up their sleeves with a can-do attitude.
• Possess a high level of professional customer service attitude and a strong focus on customer needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, brewing tea, and serving items to customers.
• Packaging food and beverages for sale.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
• Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
