Shipper/Receiver - Hazmat

Location: North Billerica, MA

Open Pay: Depends on Experience

This is a permanent position

Responsibilities of the Shipper/Receiver:

• Pack and ship Hazmat orders
• Perform any necessary final packaging of material for shipment to secure shipments in- transit and to be compliant to DOT, IATA, and|or IMDG regulations
• Ensures the accuracy of shipment, labeling, and paperwork
• Perform daily housekeeping of the Distribution area to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Restock shipping stations with shipping supplies as needed
• Operate Fork Truck if/when needed

Requirements of the Shipper/Receiver:

• Certification in IATA, DOT, and IMDG regulations
• Ability to life 50 lbs
• Basic math skills
• Ability to drive forklift trucks, operate pallet jacks, and operate other related warehouse equipment
