Lotus Concepts is seeking a Social Media manager with experience working with hospitality and food and beverage brands. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience & a passion for connecting with current & future customers. Community leadership & participation are integral to a Social & Digital Marketing Manager's success. The Social & Digital Marketing Manager is instrumental in managing the company's social media channels & digital presence and making Lotus Concepts a leader in the digital/social space.

Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, public relations and/or advertising with at least one year specializing in hospitality or food and beverage.
- Strong sense of cultural trends on social media especially on Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Can tell a Brand story across organic social media channels leveraging Brand & creator content.
- Strong understanding of social media content publishing across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of digital KPIs and measurement and being able to speak to results.
- Eager to learn with strong collaboration skills (and a sense of humor)
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Previous work with fashion influencers a plus
- Social Media content production also a plus (photo/video editing for social)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the direction and execution of social media content, influencer marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships with influencers and budget across channels to build brand fame and community engagement.
- Responsible for managing the influencer and organic social strategies and team to grow awareness, engagement, affinity, and conversion.
- Consistently analyze social performance across organic social and influencer marketing campaigns and optimize programs accordingly.
- Stay up to date with industry emerging trends, influencers, creators, partners across these platforms to make compelling and engaging influencer and organic social content across channels.
- Recommend refinement of process or workflows if necessary for new social media initiatives to boost awareness and relevance for the market.
- Create visual content for various social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, with excellent judgement, instincts, and a sharp feel for the social media landscape.
- Designing, writing, and posting social media content that keeps up with trends while also maintaining the integrity of the brand.
- Editing video content ranging from quick real-time match highlights to campaign videos.
- Build weekly newsletters and promotional emails.
- Manage collection, categorization and tagging of content across LCM and the 4 brands in the custom content platform.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
- Manage social media analytics to report growth trends and help with the strategic planning of marketing campaigns.
- Constantly looking to bring new, fresh ways to connect with the existing audiences and expand to new audiences.
Content management duties include:
- Administer the creation & publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, YouTube, & LinkedIn.
- Create a regular content calendar & publishing schedule.
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content & plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Promote content through social advertising.
- Capture & edit high quality images.
- Create & post high quality Instagram Stories on a daily basis.
- Post & manage all events and updates on our Facebook & website for all locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
