We are looking for an SVP of Paid Media to focus on our Performance Marketing and Marketing Agency Brands. We are focused on driving results for our clients through data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns. We specialize in paid media, including search, social, programmatic, and other channels.
The job:
As a highly experienced, strategic individual and self-driven, you have the opportunity to join our team as the SVP of Paid Media. In this role, you will lead our paid media strategy, diving into campaigns, and play a crucial role in driving performance through the execution of your strategies. Your main responsibility will be to develop, implement and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels to meet our financial goals and clients’ objectives. We work in a matrixed organization where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue operation owners, product and sales leaders, individual contributors, and clients to ensure successful campaign delivery and performance. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the paid media team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with client goals and objectives, and drive ROI.
- Manage client relationships, including regular communication and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including analytics, creative, and account management, to ensure successful campaign delivery and performance.
- Continuously optimize and refine campaigns to improve performance, including bid management, targeting, and creative.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media, and share knowledge with the team and clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including ad platforms and vendors.
- Deep knowledge of various media platforms including but not limited to Google Adwords, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Native networks like Taboola.
- Experience in performance marketing, paid search, display advertising, and programmatic a must.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in paid media, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing paid media strategies that drive results for clients.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Deep knowledge of paid media channels, including search, social, programmatic, and other channels.
- Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results within budget constraints.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $190,000 to $250,000 USD/$250,000 - $325,000 CAD per year plus bonus in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
