Responsibilities

• Monitor and track system issues and risks bring it up for discussion with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement best practices and framework to improve from current state to increase the efficiency of project delivery.
• Manage vendor to deliver test execution for projects, change requests and service requests on time to meet overall project goals.
• Develop project plans which include requirements, scope, deliverables, resources, and schedules.
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations.
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues to assist incumbent to meet the project management outcomes.
• Infrastructure Setup Testing labs at different sites for all kinds of testing such as integrated Testing, Parallel Revenue Cycle Testing, User Acceptance Testing including all required equipment.
• Monitoring testing activities to ensure they are scheduled on time and roster preparation including testing scripts reviewed and ready
• Gathering feedback from various stakeholders on daily test results and communicate this effectively with external parties to discuss on the test findings to ensure bugs are fixed
• To ensure the availability of third party systems by communicating with Interface Functional Testing as entry criteria and subsequently, the testing staging environment to be available to perform testing.
• Review of the test deliverables (Test plans, Test execution documents, Test closure reports).
• Proper documentation of project materials for easy reference for all stakeholders.
• Maintain a consistent management dashboard for status reporting to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and above in Business, Information Technology, Computer applications
• Minimum 5 years of experience with large change efforts or in change management projects with especially in Software Testing (if possible in a large organization setting) and project management experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and NGEMR will be an advantage
• Project Management and Testing related certification is preferred
• Knowledge of Software Testing, Change Management principles, methodologies and tools
• Testing Tools expertise such as JIRA from configuration, administration and maintenance
• Good understanding of how people go through change and the change process
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
