Job description

Technicians will perform test procedures per engineering standards set forth by the company.

DUTIES:

· Performs routine or entry-level engineering tasks.

· Gathers and submits information regarding materials and components to be used in engineering reports.

· Tests new products; develops systems to gather digital data during testing.

· Identifies problems; makes adjustments or recommendations to resolve problems on the job site per engineering standards.

· Continues testing until results are within requirements and specifications.

· Emails detailed technical reports to present findings, recommendations, and failure on the job site.

· Performs other related duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss product flaws in a constructive and positive manner.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare test reports and proposals.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
