The purpose of the RPO Solution Design Specialist is to contribute to the strategy and design of RPO solutions. The primary focus will be design and pricing of new and existing RPO solutions and services while supporting the successful launch of enhancements or new offerings.

Making an Impact:

• Design and maintain a library of current product offerings in appropriate single knowledge resource
• Maintain an overview of existing and historical product offerings
• Partner with RPO Sales and Delivery teams to deliver RPO solution pricing in line with business goals and offerings.
• Leverage Talent Solutions insights to inform product strategy and solution development
• Support an internal communication strategy to keep organization informed of Solutions’ activity

Sharing Expertise:

• Maintain RPO Solutions content and knowledge. share subject matter expertise of specific solutions and sales pursuits
• Partner with internal teams to ensure RPO products align and delivered as solutioned, e.g. RPO PMO and Innovations teams.
• Participate in conversations with leadership team on adjustment, enhancement, or redirection to solutions and offerings necessary to maintain and capture RPO market share

Gaining Exposure:

• Contribute to RPO business growth by partnering with colleagues to share, leverage and build solutions

Your Typical Day:

• Review and analyze prospective client data and content, offer analysis and subject matter expertise
• Design and price RPO solutions in response to RFP and Sales pursuit activity
• Provide RPO Sales, Enablement, and Delivery with necessary content to ensure timely sales pursuit responses.
• Guide and gain support for appropriate RPO solution design/model with internal and external stakeholders
• Other Accountabilities as Assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Industry: 4+ years in marketing/sales, consulting services, business management, or human resources with a proven sales support model
• Content Knowledge: Growing understanding of Career Management and/or RPO Solutions
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

• Worked for a large, matrixed, global organization
• Experience with knowledge management tools and curation processes
