Position Summary: In collaboration with the Marketing and Public Relations Department, plans and implements the marketing strategy for the website and other digital marketing platforms that align with the hospital’s business and service line objectives. As part of a larger organization, this position will provide insight and guidance within the realm of digital marketing strategy and execution. Participates in the department team meetings and contributes to department-wide decisions and implementation strategies. Works closely as part of a centralized Marketing & Public Relations Department, along with marketing consultants and marketing agencies, to determine best practices for all marketing and communications efforts.Works collaboratively with executive, clinical and department leadership to implement and report on successful and cost-effective marketing strategies and tactics. Tracks and evaluates the performance of digital marketing programs and adjusts marketing strategies and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Maintains excellent collaborative relationships with physician leaders and service lines. Demonstrates a high level of reliability, integrity and professionalism, and takes the initiative to learn and understand all aspects of their business as appropriate. Maintains other program areas, as assigned. Embraces the Hospital’s mission, vision, values.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. Minimum 3-5 years digital marketing experience with increasing responsibility. High degree of responsibility and accountability with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Presentation, report and proposal skills required. Demand and lead generation experience. Proficient in website, CRM and social platforms, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook and graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva. Expert in SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, AdWords, content and digital marketing, advertising production, automation and analytics software.
Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years digital marketing experience with increasing responsibility, in a healthcare setting preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Salary range; $73,000. - $85,000.00 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
