Job Summary:
A contributing member of the Technology team within Singapore Wealth Management, with a focus on manage and improve IT matters of the Bank including automation and digitalisation as well as project management.
Key Responsibilities:
General:
- Supporting technology and innovation strategies and practices to seamlessly enhance business processes and bring digital transformation initiatives into delivery and achieve outcomes set by the business stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT tools (e.g. MIS tool) or IT supported reports and new workflows (e.g. Share Point) as well as workflow documentation
- Review, enhance and document user defined tools (UDTs) on a regular basis (ensure on-going compliance with the user defined tools policy)
- Help in coordinating desktop services (user accesses, IT requests, etc.)
- Provide first level of support to T24, Zurich based systems until SCZ becomes available
- Implementation, monitoring and support in analysing T24 constraints
- Implementation and Support of Fee Codes, Benchmarks and change requests in T24
- Coordinate Intranet matters
- Support the maintenance internal IT related policies and procedures
- Ensure appropriateness of Information Security arrangements, including regulatory requirements regarding data security
Robotic Process Automation
- Consult and identify business processes which are suitable for robotic automation and derive implementable solutions.
- Understand and consult businesses on business automation requirements, identify gaps and develop functional documents.
- Develop and present proof of concepts to strengthen confidence.
- Timely update senior CSA management and business stakeholders on project progress and issues.
Project Management
- Liaising with all areas of the business to identify challenges and opportunities, understand and document business requirements and consider solution approaches.
- Ensuring that the completed solutions are successfully deployed into the production environment.
- Managing business and IT teams to implement the solution.
- Build key relationships with business and IT, ensuring the right level of participation/ ownership across multiple business functions/ locations in order to deliver project-related requirements. Facilitation of formal workshops with business/ IT stakeholders and senior management.
- Adhere to WM Change Management processes and best practice for budget, status, raid and timeline management
Essential Skills
- Degree in IT, Finance, or other related discipline
- Ability to review, enhance and document user defined tools (UDTs) on a regular basis (ensure on-going compliance with the user defined tools policy)
- Ability to ensure appropriateness of Information Security arrangements, including regulatory requirements regarding data security
- Building key relationships with business and IT, ensuring the right level of participation/ ownership across multiple business functions/ locations in order to deliver project-related requirements. Facilitation of formal workshops with business/ IT stakeholders and senior management.
