With Healthy Living at Home, you will be able to make a direct impact on your community! We are looking for an Speech Pathologist to assist with identifying functional speech defects and establishing a plan of care for our patients.

As an agency, we cover Fresno, Madera, Kings and Tulare County. Pay for this position is is per hour and begins at $60/hour. Pay rate is negotiable and DOE.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech–Language Pathology
• Licensed/Certified in Speech–Language Pathology
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in Speech–Language Pathology
• Current CPR certification
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
• Meet productivity expectations - Per Diem employees should be approximately 5.5 visit/points per week.

Duties

• The Staff Speech Therapist evaluates and treats patients/residents, communicates with families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintains documentation of services in the medical records.
• Provides Speech Therapy services including treatment planning & implementation, and discharge planning.
• Tests patient's physical abilities analyzing rehabilitation goals; consult with rehab team in order to coordinate the most effective physical therapy program.
