About us

Legacy Sports Camp is a small business that provides after-school youth sports programs in the Oak Park, River Forest, Riverside, Brookfield, & La Grange area. Our goal is to provide a safe, positive experience for children where they can have fun, while exercising and improving on their athletic abilities.

Lead and supervise groups of students in our after-school sports programs held at several local schools.

Please note: all application questions and the skills test must be completed for a candidate to be considered.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• After school
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Brookfield, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Application Question(s):

• Do you understand that this position is approximately 8 hours per week and wish to proceed?
• Shifts are approx. 90 minutes each. Are you able to begin a shift by 2:30PM, Monday-Friday?
• Candidates must have an interest in sports. A background playing, coaching, teaching, or refereeing sports is required. This can include having been part of a team (in high school, college, or recreationally) or paid/volunteer work. Please briefly explain your sports-related background and include locations, levels, and time periods.
• Do you drive and have a car/reliable transportation? Please explain.
• Professional experience working with children (paid or volunteer) is required for this position (professional experiences does not include caring for family members). Please briefly explain or list your professional experience and include locations and time periods.

Experience:

• coaching/playing sports: 1 year (Required)
• Childcare: 1 year (Required)
