Position Details:

You will provide and enhance data, metrics, dashboards, and tools that will be used to improve the customer experience across the Order to Cash process. You will work with internal partners to create action-driven insights using analytic tools.


You will report to the Manager, Order to Cash. This role is a hybrid role based in Lake Forest, IL.


You Will:

  • Develop baselines for metrics and assist teams in identifying goals and action plans to improve metrics in different areas within OTC
  • Be the subject matter expert on Power BI and Power Apps
  • Partner with business to maintain, enhance, and automate our current tools (e.g. Service Opportunity)
  • Manipulate data and perform complex ad-hoc analysis to answer questions from senior leaders
  • Create accurate metrics and dashboards in a cost-efficient manner and assist our partners in making informed decisions to manage performance.

You Have:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years related experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and data manipulation
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI and DAX
  • Experience using Teradata or Snowflake
  • Experience using Power Apps (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to work up through functional leadership with clarity and precision
  • Proficient relationship and project management skills and interacts positively with teammates and business partners.
